I forgot my password, how do I log in?

If you have forgotten your password, please click on “Lost Password” below Login. Enter your email address and we will send you a link to reset your password.

How do I know if my order was placed?

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

How can I find the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped out, you will be sent an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number to track your order.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us kate@cnbinternational.com immediately after making your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents or cancel your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders typically process within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) and transit time is typically 5-7 days.

Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping. During sales, shipping may take longer.

I am having trouble with my credit card information for my online order.

If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card and matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is current and valid. Once you have validated the information entered and still receive an error message after the second attempt, email us kate@cnbinternational.com or contact your financial institution for further assistance.
